From the beginning, we set our sights not on hype, but on history. Mark believed Australia could make the best whisky in the world. So he took his time. Years passed, barrels matured, and character deepened. When the moment came, the whisky didn’t need to shout, it spoke for itself.
That belief has since been rewarded with over 90 international medals including Double Golds in San Francisco, Liquid Gold in Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible, and the title of Best Cask Strength Whisky in Australia.
We never set out to be prolific, only exceptional.
