Patience, Rewarded
From the beginning, we set our sights not on hype, but on history. We believed Australia could craft a whisky to stand among the world’s best, so we took our time. Our first barrels were filled, and then we waited. Nearly seven years passed as the whisky matured quietly, character deepening with every season, before we chose to release a single drop.
When the moment came, the whisky didn’t need to shout; it spoke for itself. That quiet conviction has since been recognised on the world stage, with Double Golds in San Francisco, Liquid Gold in Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible, and the title of Best Cask Strength Whisky in Australia. We never set out to be prolific, only exceptional.
