Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your order. If for any reason you are not, we honour your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you change your mind, please notify us within 7 working days of receiving your delivery. We’re happy to arrange a refund or exchange once the product is returned to us, unopened and in original condition.

To begin a return, contact us at hello@coburns.co. All items must be returned with packaging intact.

Returns are at the customer’s cost, and Coburns cannot accept responsibility for damage during return transit. Refunds are processed once items are received and inspected.
Damages & Issues
We take great care with every order, though occasionally things may not arrive as they should.

Please inspect your delivery on arrival and contact us immediately if any item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Damaged items must be returned to us before a replacement can be issued. Replacements are sent as quickly as possible, subject to availability.

If your order is lost in transit, a replacement will be arranged once the maximum delivery timeframe has passed.

All replacement shipments for lost or damaged goods are sent at no additional cost to you.

Coburns is not liable for any damages that occur during transit back to us. Upon receiving your return, we will refund or exchange your item(s) once we have received the item back in an unopened, brand new condition.
