"A companion for gatherings, where every glass finds its place."

Nuance & Notes

In Good Company is a whisky that gathers people around it. Bold, warming, and richly expressive, it carries the energy of a long table laden with food, conversation, and generosity. Sweetness, spice, savoury depth, and heat move together with intent, creating a profile that feels open and assured. Generous in spirit, grounded in character, and made to be shared.

Nose

Open and expressive.

Dark dried fruits - raisin, currant, and sultana - rise first, wrapped in the aroma of baked cake and gentle spice. A subtle savoury note follows, pickled fruit and soft brine, adding depth beneath the sweetness.

Dried spices emerge next: cinnamon bark and nutmeg dust, followed by the steady aromatic warmth of clove and allspice. Toasted pecan and almond sit quietly underneath, joined by a flicker of charred citrus peel and a hint of varnished wood, lending warmth and intrigue.

Palate

Powerful and mouth-coating.

Salinity and fermented grain appear first, tightening the palate and sharpening the senses. Sweetness follows in waves: golden syrup poured over Christmas cake, rich with dried fruit and spice, softened by brandy butter warmth.

Toasted pecan and almond add depth, while smoky notes and charred citrus peel bring savoury balance. Spice builds steadily, clove and allspice, with cinnamon bark and nutmeg dust, carrying a peppery heat that gathers at the back of the palate. A fine, mouth-watering grip draws everything together.

Finish

Long, hot, and lingering.

Peppery heat, spice, and smoke persist alongside toasted nuts, brine, and leather. Sweetness fades slowly - syrup, dried fruit, and butter - leaving savoury warmth and a gently tightening hold. The final impression is generous and enduring, a whisky that stays with the moment and the company it keeps.
