In Autumn 2026, Coburns will welcome guests to our cellar door in Moss Vale. A place shaped by oak, time, and Highland air.

Set in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, our home sits 770 metres above sea level, where cool nights and warm days do what they’ve always done best: mature whisky with patience and character.

Our cellar door will offer:

– Guided tastings of our single malt range
– Barrel experiences for owners and private groups
– Limited releases available exclusively on site
– Bookable premium tasting flights
– A space to gather, learn and linger

This will be a destination experience. Most offerings will be bookable in advance to preserve intimacy and depth. A small allocation will remain available for walk-ins.
